The long-anticipated BillFin Support Center is live!
Our new BillFin Knowledge Base is a collection of easy to follow articles/instructions to solve the most commonly occurring challenges our customers face when using BillFin. These instructions are easy to find via the search functionality within the Knowledge Base making it easier for you to have the answers you need right at your fingertips. And best of all, these articles are available in the Knowledge Base 24/7 so you get the information you need when you need it.
In addition, the new Support Center gives our customers the ability to submit a help desk ticket via a web form which prompts you for the information our support team needs to serve you with more speed and efficiency. You can also register as a user and then even after we have addressed your help ticket, the closed ticket will remain in an archive for you to access any time you need it, which is perfect for the reoccurring challenges associated with quarterly billing.
BillFin Users receive a link to the Support Center during their welcome package or can visit the support page at any time to view again.
