Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our EU privacy policy.

What data do we collect?

Redi2 Technologies collects the following data

  • Data to carry out the purposes of the commercial agreement

How do we collect your data?

  • Our customers directly provide Redi2 with all the data we collect.

We collect data and process data when you:

  • Transfer data via secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) to our SFTP server(s)
  • Request information from our main website https://redi2.com

Redi2  does not receive your data indirectly from other sources

  • Only information sent to us directly from you is received

How will we use your data?

Redi2 collects your data so that we can:

  • Perform the obligations of our contractual commitments to you
  • Contact you to answer questions about our products and/or services

Redi2 will not share your data with partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

  • No sharing of data with external organizations

How do we store your data?

Redi2 securely stores your data in hosted operations that are SSAE18 and PCI compliant using encryption in transit and encryption at rest.

Redi2 keeps your data based on data retention policy and contractual agreements. If an agreement has ended, Redi2 follows its data destruction policy with certified destruction letters that are available upon request.

Marketing

Redi2  does not use the data  received from you via SFTP for marketing materials.

Redi2 does use data received from https://redi2.com for internal marketing to keep you informed on happenings at Redi2. No information is shared outside of Redi2.

 What are your data protection rights?

Redi2 wants you to be aware of your data protection rights.

Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access You have the right to request copies of your personal data from Redi2. We may charge a fee for this service.
