Redi2 2011 Conference
Dear Friend of Redi2 Technologies:

As our Spring newsletter goes to press, it's an exciting time at Redi2! The release of a new web site, the opening of a new Boston office, a cover story in Waters magazine, and continued adoption of our services by firms around the world have all converged during this season of renewal.

Clients continue to demonstrate the power and flexibility of our solutions, each in their own way. For instance, longstanding Redi2 client, Principal Global Investors (PGI) transitioned from an in-house to hosted fee billing solution, garnering hardware, software and support savings. Read more about these and other billing developments in this issue of Redi2 Report.

As always, we welcome your suggestions for how to improve our solutions, or this newsletter. We are available on an ongoing basis to discuss new fee billing innovations, your specific requirements, or any other matter of interest.

Sincerely,

Seth B. Johnson
CEO, Redi2 Technologies

The completely redesigned site features a fresh look with powerfully intuitive navigation that drives an enhanced user experience. With the new site launched, enhanced functionality is already planned for later this year. As always, we welcome your suggestions for the next release of our new and improved web site.

Principal Global Investors Implements Redi2 Software as a Service (SaaS)

Principal Global Investors (PGI) recently converted to a hosted version of Revenue Manager to reduce the firm's hardware and software implementation and support costs. PGI, a diversified global asset management firm with more than $232.4 billion in assets under management, first implemented Redi2 Revenue Manager in-house in 2006 to calculate and manage a wide range of complex fee types.

The recent conversion to Redi2 SaaS demonstrates PGI's continued commitment to putting clients first by delivering sophisticated billing functionality, while keeping processing costs to a minimum.

"Through the use of Redi2 SaaS, PGI has achieved significant savings along with a hardened SAS 70 compliant data center with full redundancy and scalability to support an unlimited number of web-enabled desktops world-wide," said Redi2 CEO Seth Johnson.

Redi2 In the News
A recent 4-page cover story in Waters magazine examines the escalating costs, resource-intensive overhead, regulatory disclosure requirements and other challenges buy-side firms encounter when processing fees. The story explores how London-based Newton Investment Management, with some $67 billion under management, is using Redi2's solutions along with internal systems to analyze billing data to improve profitability.

Michael Smeal, Newton's Associate Director of Investments, discusses the collaboration between his firm and Redi2, a partnership that led to the development of a robust new fee data analysis and reporting module. This new module is improving the firm's analysis of fee-billing data, cost visibility and risk management. To read the full story, click here.

Redi2 Opens New Boston Office
Redi2 is pleased to announce the opening of a new Boston office, which doubles the firm's footprint in this key financial center. Redi2 CEO Seth Johnson explains, "Our recent rapid growth has enabled Redi2 to significantly increase staff in the Boston office. After only three years at our previous address, we outgrew the space." The move supports Redi2's commitment to remaining close to area clients, vendors and other service providers. Conveniently located at 211 Congress Street, in the heart of Boston's Financial District, the new office is easily accessible via mass transit.
