Software professionals applying for this job should have these minimum skills/experiences:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with web application software development
• 5+ years of experience with database driven software development
• Strong with JSP, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, and HTML
• Solid understanding of user experience and usability principles
• Positive attitude with high energy levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Adaptable, resourceful, independent, and professional
• Strong team player

Advanced Skill Requirements

• Experience with cross-browser web development
• Working knowledge of CSS, jQuery, and/or graphic design
• Strong working experience with Spring, Hibernate, and SQL
• Experience developing scalable, high-performance, high-volume web applications
• Experience with Agile Development/Scrum principles
